My name is Paul Cecil and I am the current President of the Best Hill Meadows Owners' Association. Our board is tasked with the responsibility to uphold the governing documents, arrange continuous care and maintenance for the common grounds, and assist homeowners to maintain the property value of their special neighborhood. My name is Larry Leach and I am vice president and member of the board. My primary responsibility is to add my voice to thoughtful debate on home owner issues. Secondary responsibilities are the common landscaping plus street and sidewalk issues.

My name is Ted McCaffree. My wife Cheri and I have resided here in Best Hills since 2001. We are committed to helping keep Best Hills one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Coeur d' Alene. I am currently the member at large on the B.H.M.O.A. I head up the Architectural Review Comm, and am the point man for issues with our perimeter fence.
