My name is Paul Cecil and I am the current President of the Best Hill Meadows Owners' Association. Our board is tasked with the responsibility to uphold the governing documents, arrange continuous care and maintenance for the common grounds, and assist homeowners to maintain the property value of their special neighborhood. My name is Ted McCaffree. My wife Cheri and I have resided here in Best Hills since 2001. We are committed to helping keep Best Hills one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Coeur d' Alene. I am currently the member at large on the B.H.M.O.A. I head up the Architectural Review Comm, and am the point man for issues with our perimeter fence.
